TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PURCHASING AN ITEM:
Browse our on-line store, click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to fulfill your order. We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, etc. Payment by Paypal is also available.
DELIVERY:
Delivery prices are quoted in from the shopping basket after an item has been added. We normally give the customer different types of shipping methods with different prices, depending on the urgent of your order.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:
Orders may be cancelled at any time, however, if the order has already been dispatched you may return the items at your cost, for a refund of the value of the goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email electricsteering@hotmail.com to make arrangements for returning your order. Proof of purchase will be required.
AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity and the company Bruno Lopes Antunes, concerning your access to and use of the www.brunosteering.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related,
linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). We are registered in Portugal and have our registered office at Av N Sra de Fatima, n47, Qta dos Frades, Leiria, Leiria 2420-333. Our VAT number is PT219438870. You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We

Racing is a dangerous activity and purchasers of Bruno Lopes Antunes products acknowledge the inherent risks associated. Bruno Lopes Antunes products are not for street, highway, or aircraft use and are intended ONLY for race vehicles operated on closed-course facilities or race tracks with appropriate supervision of qualified technicians or mechanics to ensure that the safety needs of the race driver and others are met. The user shall determine the ultimate suitability and safety of the product for its intended use, and the user assumes all responsibility and risk in connection therewith.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND TRANSACTIONS
